GMIIT Education Pvt. Ltd. is a comprehensive digital learning and institute management platform that enables users to:

• Apply for official admissions into technical and professional courses.
• Access structured study materials, digital resources, and instructor-led training.
• Participate in internal assessments, online examinations, and certification programs.
• Track academic progress, attendance, and fee history via the student dashboard.

Note: GMIIT reserves the absolute right to accept or reject any admission application without prior justification if found inconsistent with institute policies.

Enrollment into any course follows a strict verification pipeline:

1. Admission Application: Submission of the formal admission form with accurate personal and academic data.
2. Fee Payment: Completion of the required admission or course fee transaction.
3. Enrollment Activation: Once payment is confirmed, the system automatically activates the enrollment.
4. Duplicate Enrollment: The platform does not allow duplicate enrollments for the same course under the same user identity.

Users can process payments for admission, tuition, and exam fees through:

• Online Gateways: Integrated secure payment gateways for instant activation.
• Manual Uploads: Payment via Bank Transfer, UPI, or Cash at the center requires the user to upload a valid UTR number or Receipt Proof via the dashboard.

By using our platform, you declare that:

• All information provided during signup and admission (including Phone and Aadhaar) is accurate.
• You are legally authorized to use the payment instrument (Card/Bank/UPI) utilized for transactions.
• Submission of any request (Admission/Exam) constitutes clear authorization to process the associated fee.

GMIIT Education Pvt. Ltd. follows a transparent refund structure:

• Cancellation: If a course is cancelled by the institute, a full refund will be initiated.
• Student-led Refund: Requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment. Approval is strictly at the discretion of the Administrative Board.
• Deductions: Standard deductions (Taxes, Gateway charges ~2-3%, and a 1% processing fee) apply to all approved refunds.
• Timeline: Approved refunds are credited back within 10-14 working days.

Certificates of Achievement or Completion will only be issued upon:

• Successful completion of full course modules.
• Passing relevant exams or assessments with the required minimum grade.
• Clearance of all outstanding fee dues.

The GMIIT platform is intended for individuals aged 13 and above. Users below 18 must use the platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. The license granted to use the platform is personal and non-transferable.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (Email/Phone and OTP/Password). GMIIT shall not be liable for any unauthorized access resulting from user negligence. Promptly notify our support team if you suspect a security breach.

While we aim for 99.9% uptime, GMIIT does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Downtime for maintenance or third-party server issues may occur. GMIIT shall not be liable for any loss of data or services during such periods.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jharkhand, India.
