Student Code of Conduct

This page outlines the strict rules and regulations that every student must implicitly follow during their academic tenure at GMIIT Education Pvt. Ltd.

1. General Behavior

  • Students must behave respectfully toward teachers, staff, and classmates at all times.
  • Abusive language, bullying, harassment, or intimidation is strictly prohibited.
  • Any form of fights, violence, or groupism will lead to strict disciplinary action including suspension or expulsion.
  • In such disciplinary cases, fees will be flagged as NON-REFUNDABLE.

2. Attendance & Discipline

  • Students must attend only their assigned batch and follow scheduled timings.
  • Staying in the institute beyond permitted time is not allowed.
  • Attendance and punctuality are strictly mandatory.
  • Course duration is fixed and cannot be arbitrarily extended.
  • Exceptions may be allowed only with written approval from management.

3. Classroom & Lab Rules

  • Maintain strict discipline in classrooms and computer labs.
  • Do not create disturbances or interrupt lectures.
  • Do not misuse computers, software, or institute equipment.
  • Mobile phones must be strictly kept on SILENT mode during all classes.

4. Property & Responsibility

  • Any damage to institute property (hardware, furniture, facilities) must be fully compensated financially by the student.
  • Students are entirely responsible for their own personal belongings.
  • The institute is not legally or financially responsible for loss or theft of personal items.

5. Fees & Payment Policy

  • Students are given a maximum 1-week grace period to clear pending dues after the due date.
  • Post grace period, a strict late fee penalty of ₹200 per month will be charged automatically.
  • All fees paid (admission, tuition, examination) are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances whatsoever.

6. Privacy & Conduct

  • Students must not share, distribute, or request personal or social media contact details of other students without explicit consent.
  • Any privacy violation or digital harassment may result in immediate disciplinary action and account suspension.

7. Examination Rules

  • Cheating, plagiarism, or any form of academic misconduct during internal or external exams will result in strict action, including nullification of results.

8. Safety Disclaimer

  • The institute is not legally responsible for any accident, injury, or physical mishap occurring within or outside the premises.
  • No explicit compensation or medical claim will be provided by GMIIT Education Pvt. Ltd.

9. Management Authority

  • All decisions made by the institute's upper management and administration are final and legally binding.
  • The institute reserves full authority to amend these rules or take necessary disciplinary actions as they see fit.

10. Student Declaration

"I confirm that I have read and understood all the rules and regulations of GMIIT Education Pvt. Ltd. and agree to follow them strictly. I understand that violation may lead to the sudden cancellation of my admission without refund."

Upon admission, students are formally required to sign this digital/physical declaration along with the following mandatory details:
