Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Strict No Refund Rule
"All payments made to GMIIT Education Pvt. Ltd. are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances."
Once fee payments for any academic course, admission, certification, or material are processed successfully, the transaction is considered final. We do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or chargebacks for students who drop out, fail to attend, or choose to discontinue their training at any point.
2. Admission Cancellation
Admission once confirmed cannot be cancelled.
When an applicant officially submits their enrollment documentation and processes their initial admission fee, their seat in the respective batch is permanently locked. Because seats are limited and physical/digital infrastructure is immediately allocated to the student, we cannot entertain requests for admission cancellation or seat swapping once the transaction is complete.
3. Duplicate & Failed Payments
We process transactions through secure, industry-standard gateways like the official Paytm Gateway. In the event of a technical disruption where a duplicate payment is charged for the exact same invoice, our administrative team will manually review the transaction logs.
- If our finance team independently verifies that a duplicate debit occurred, the excess amount will be adjusted toward your future semester fees, or manually refunded to the original source account within 7-10 working days.
- Failed transactions that deduct funds from your bank but do not reach our gateway are usually auto-reversed by your issuing bank within 3-5 business days. Please contact your bank directly in such scenarios.
